5 Minute Ab workout

Each workout should be done for 30 seconds with no breaks in between

  • Leg Raises
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Suitcase crunches
  • Sit ups
  • Side Bridges (30 seconds each side)
  • Mountain climbers
  • Reverse crunches
  • Toe touches
  • Plank

This workout can be done everyday. An advanced person can do 2-3 rounds for this circuit.
